Toronto Airport Hotels

Author: Thomas Morva

Airport hotels in Toronto are of four kinds: luxury, standard, budget and discount. This categorization makes it very easy to find one that is right for you. Moreover, there is a wide selection of hotels at or near the Toronto airport, which offer the same facilities as any other hotel located in Toronto, such as an indoor pool, gymnasium, bar restaurant, indoor parking and many others. Many of these hotels require prior booking of rooms and, for the travelers convenience, this must be done online.

Hotels are located across from Pearson International and close to Woodbine racetrack and casino and the International center. Some hotels close to Pearson International Airport offer deals in conjunction with airlines, called stay and fly packages.

Missisauga is another location, with easy access to most key highways and 15 minutes from the airport and from the city itself. If one is looking for some luxury close to the airport, it is also available.

Luxury hotels are located in the prime Toronto airport area. Most of them will offer free shuttle service to the airport. Within a few steps away from these hotels, visitors will find a wide selection of restaurants and other attractions, including shopping. Close to Pearson International Airport are the Lionhead Golf Course, indoor and outdoor shopping malls, night clubs and so on. Hotels situated close to the golf course are also very popular because they are also close to other attractions in the area such as Brampton Center, Whitewater Kingdom, Square One and Hershey Center, to name a few.

Discount rates can be negotiated through the airline itself in some instances. Airlines are a very good resource for finding good deals on hotel rooms, and often they offer the package as part of the ticket. A fair amount of research will have to go into finding these deals, as they are usually advertised online. Most hotels close to the Toronto airport will have access from the different airport terminals, with shuttle service as well.
