We all understand abatement procedures for getting rid of pests, nuisances and contaminants. We must apply what we have learned from these types of abatement procedures and programs to help us deal with the potential of a deadly virus breakout or an international terrorist biological attack.

Additionally if a dirty bomb or even a nuclear weapon is detonated in one of our cities, God forbid, then we must be prepared in advance. Therefore we must conduct practice drills and training for first responders in order to ensure that calm heads prevail in the face of such a disaster or emergency.

We cannot afford to wait to until it is too late to act and therefore must plan for the unfortunate potential eventuality of a predicted problem of this magnitude. We need an abatement plan and begin conducting practice drills, as this makes sense to protect our civilization and the people of the United States of America.

Government's No. 1 job is to protect the people and we cannot falter in this duty. We must protect our civilization at all costs, but we must also live in reality and know that there are evil people who wish to harm us and if we do not prepare and plan for such a small attack, then it could lead to catastrophic damage to our economy, mass hysteria and fear amongst the American people. The people of the United States of America must never live in fear and our government must do its duty to protect the American people at all costs. Please consider this in 2006.
