Pink Grapefruit essential oil - Latin, Citrus paradisi - cold pressed from the rind of the fruit is a cleansing and revitalizing tonic. The bright, crisp aroma of this essential oil energizes and uplifts your spirit. Pink Grapefruit is known to stop your food cravings, especially for sweets. If you need assistance with weight loss or weight management give Pink Grapefuit a try!

The bright, crisp aroma of this essential oil energizes and uplifts your spirit. I can't help but think of that Beatle's song, "Ruby in the Sky with Diamonds," whenever I take a whiff of it because it sparkles just like diamonds and leaves me feeling all warm and happy inside.

Pink Grapefruit is known as a "dieter's friend" and is recommended for treating eating disorders and overweight or obesity issues.

I've noticed that it's especially helpful for controlling sweet cravings.

TIP FOR HOW TO USE:

Dispense 1-3 drops of Pink Grapefruit into the palm of your hand. Please use certified organic Cold Pressed oil from the rind of the fruit. Remember pesticides adhere to the surface of fruits and veggies and are not easily washed off.

Rub the palms of your hands together vigorously, cup your hands together and slowly inhale the Pink Grapefruit aroma. You can easily adjust the intensity of the aroma by increasing or decreasing the distance between your hands and nose.

Breathe in the aromatic scent of Pink Grape 5-20 minutes before eating. Be sure to drink an 8 ounce glass of water of pure fresh water after inhalation of the oils.

Blending with wild crafted Patchouli essential oil enhances Pink Grapefruit's effect as a natural appetite suppressant.

Use these same instructions to control sweet cravings.

Pink Grapefruit is also recommended for enhancing one's self esteem and definitely gives you an added sense of "I can do it" power!

Don't be surprised if you feel like a kid again after inhaling it. Envision what joys children have jumping up and down on their beds and you get the general picture.

I've used it successfully with overweight clients who say it not only helps to diminish their appetite, but also helps improve their digestion and metabolism.

Add a drop of Pink Grapefruit essential oil to your favorite shampoo for a lustrous shine to your hair. Pink Grapefruit can also help elimnate oily scalp, skin and hair conditions.

Pink Grapefruit make an excellent room freshener and deodorizer, as well as a disinfectant. Use it in a aromatic mist!

Please note: There are many cheap chemical copies of essential oils available, but these are not recommended for therapeutic use. For best results always use ethically wide crafted or pure, organic essential oils that are pesticide free!
